Is every feature in both plans?
Yes. Both plans rate, print, sync with NetSuite and run reports the same way. They differ only in how many users, warehouse locations, shipping stations and carrier accounts you have.
Do you charge per label?
No. NesoTMS is a monthly subscription. Labels are bought on your own carrier accounts, at your rates, and the carrier bills you directly.
What counts as a user?
Anyone in your company who signs in. Basic includes one admin, who sets things up and manages billing, and one regular user who ships. Extra regular users are $20/month each.
What's a shipping station?
A computer at your packing table running NesoTMS Print, so labels print there by themselves. Basic includes one; Advanced has unlimited. Anyone can still print from the browser.
When is Advanced the better deal?
Basic plus 20 extra users already costs $499/month, the price of Advanced. Advanced also removes the limits on warehouse locations, shipping stations and carrier accounts.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee and no long contract. Plans are billed monthly in US dollars, and you can cancel anytime from Manage payments; your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.
